MONDAYS

Tunnel Boring Machine: Cave to Explore Inside the Earth (K-3rd)

Embark on a LEGO® engineering adventure! Design and build incredible machines used to explore our world and beyond. Learn core engineering principles through hands-on challenges, by constructing everything from drill machines that take us to the core of the earth to rockets that launch us high into space. Get ready to explore, innovate, create, and discover!

Awesome Art (K-5th)

If you think art is awesome, this is the class for you! We’ll explore all the coolest art materials as we learn drawing techniques, create with clay, and paint on real canvas boards. We’ll even create a beach scene out of real candy! Art really is awesome!

TUESDAYS

Basketball (K-5th)

Our coaches will help children of any skill level improve their shooting, ball handling, defense and rebounding while having fun in a lightly competitive environment. Players will work together and compete while they have fun playing in basketball related games like Knockout, Dribble Wars, and Sharks and Minnows. Students will also play in age-appropriate half-court and full-court games.

Bake It 'Till You Make It (K-4th)

In this exciting after-school baking adventure, kids will whip up delicious treats with a healthier twist! Each class features two recipes— a mix of sweet and savory—that are seasonally inspired, like pumpkin brownies or avocado chocolate mousse. From muffins to mini-pizzas, young chefs will discover how to turn wholesome ingredients into mouthwatering creations. With hands-on learning, simple techniques, and a dash of creativity, kids will gain confidence in the kitchen while developing lifelong skills. Let’s bake up nutritious and delicious fun together!

WEDNESDAYS

Cooking: Baroody’s No Bake Bonanza (K-5th)

In this session, children will get to learn in a no-bake no-stove cooking class designed for appetizers, dips, wraps, salads, finger foods, sandwiches, smoothies, desserts, and more! The young chefs will get their hands moving and taste buds singing as we dive into different culinary techniques, presentation, and easy to repeat at home recipes. Get those chef hats on, whisks ready, and appetites big for our new Mix & Munch No Bake Bonanza Class.

Block Party: LEGO Meets Roblox! (K-5th)

Welcome to the ultimate mashup of bricks and blox! In this hands-on, high-energy class, kids dive into the creative worlds of LEGO and Roblox to design, build, and play like never before. We'll construct real-world models with LEGO bricks. Students can take their designs into the digital realm of Roblox at home

Whether you’re a master builder, a budding game designer, or just love goofing around with gears and games, this class is your perfect playground. Expect challenges, teamwork, wild imagination, and a whole lot of laughter. No prior Roblox or LEGO experience needed—just bring your creativity and get ready to build across worlds!

THURSDAYS

The Art of Origami: Folding to Creativity (1st-5th)

Hey there, young creators! Welcome to "The Art of Origami," a super fun class where you'll fold paper into amazing shapes and creatures! Have you ever wanted to turn a simple piece of paper into a cool crane, a playful frog, a cute dog, or even a butterfly? Well, this is your chance!

In this class, we’ll dive into the colorful world of origami, where each fold tells a story. Don’t worry if you’ve never folded paper before—this class is all about having fun and exploring your creativity! You’ll learn step-by-step how to make awesome designs while building skills like patience, focus, and problem-solving. Plus, origami is a great way to show off your imagination!

Join us on this exciting journey of folds, colors, and creativity!

Karate (K-5th)

Zen Budo Karate teaches the Japanese art of self defense in an after school class format. Students learn punching and kicking skills, target and pad practice, self control and discipline and how to follow instructions alongside leadership skills. Students can advance in belt rank, learn memorized patterns, escapes from grabs, and the basics of martial arts.

Uniforms are required and included in the class price. If you already own a uniform, please use the coupon code karate30F25 to deduct the price of the uniform cost. Uniform fees are non-refundable should your student withdraw from their class.

FRIDAYS

Chess (K-5th)

Learn chess with Silver Knights Chess Academy, formerly Magnus Chess Academy! We’ve taught 100,000 children to play including state & national champions, but most students are beginners looking to learn a new skill and have FUN. Class time is divided between lessons and practice games. Lessons range from the basic rules to advanced tournament strategies.

This in-person club includes free online extras including weekly practice tournaments, a Chesskid Gold membership ($49 value!), and an event with a chess celebrity. All chess supplies provided. All skill levels are welcome. For more information please visitchessacademy.com.

Drama Club: Musical Debut (K-2nd)

Move, shake, act and sing! Students will explore elements of musical theatre by listening to different types of musical storytelling and connecting to the story with body, voice, and imagination. Through improvisation, character study, and movement exploration, students will create a short scene inspired by a musical number. A great intro for aspiring performers of all levels. Grownups will be invited to see a sharing on the last day of class.
